At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey (BGCNWNJ), our mission is simple yet powerful: to help every young person—especially those who need us most—reach their full potential as caring, responsible, and productive members of society. Each year, we serve more than 6,000 children and teens, from infants just 6 weeks old to 18-year-olds. In Morris and Passaic counties, our programs provide safe, nurturing early education, enriching summer camps, youth sports, future-focused STEM education, mental health and wellness support, leadership clubs, and life-changing drug prevention programming—all in an environment built on trust, encouragement, and care.
